Cannibal Fae Of Waking Dream – Surrey Muse

Once, faeries perched upon a tree enjoying the weather when humans came to watch. The Fae decided to play a prank, and so they began to feast on one another engaging in faux acts of cannibalism. Disgusted, the humans left. The faeries continued as before, this time, singing sweet songs of beauty. Thus the Cannibal Fae Of Waking Dream.’

Cannibal Fae Of Waking Dream is a gothic music group that began in 2016 in New York’s borough of Queens. Their latest releases include a track and EP Psychward Zombie, the track Catharsis; a track with artist Feral Confetti, and, another with the Odd Mother. Some of their influencers are Switchblade Symphony, Sisters Of Mercy, Android Lust, and the bands such as Type O Negative, Rasputina, Emilie Autumn and Nine Inch Nails. Aside from music, the group members like to paint, make dolls, and fix miscellaneous instruments. The group was founded by Katherine Wakefield (guitar/synth, composer/producer) and Eurithia Tachinidae (Keyboardist/Composer, writer), most recently, Reggie Smith joined as a rhythm guitarist. Waking Dream will be performing at the Delancey soon.
