Tanmeet Kaur – Surrey Muse

Tanmeet Kaur is a poet, painter and blogger who likes to infuse her poems with paintings. Studying at Douglas College as an international student from India, she is the vice president of Douglas Debates club with over 100+ members while in India Tanmeet was adjudged as the best speaker in GTM Gibson Debate hosted by Mayo College in Ajmer. She also worked with the Non-Governmental Organizations in India where in 2017 she outreached to rural women and girls listing benefits of using sanitary pads. Tanmeet likes to listen to music especially when cycling. Her favorites are rap, jazz and country music inspired from Pop Smoke, Fairport Convention, the Weekend, Eazy-E, Bow Wow, Post Malone, and Cody Johnson.
